About the role
- You are the primary contact for customers worldwide—helping them resolve issues, understand features, and get the most out of Reservio.
- You communicate through chat, email, and calls.
- You troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify patterns, reproduce bugs, and work closely with product and engineering to resolve them.
- You support potential and newly onboarded customers—guiding them through setup, best practices, and account configuration.
- You participate in Customer Success activities such as demo calls for business clients.
- You dedicate part of your time to internal projects—improving processes, refining Help Center content, or contributing to any initiatives we create together.
- You use our AI-powered internal tools to work efficiently and deliver fast, accurate support.
About you
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people find clear, practical solutions.
- You’re analytical and comfortable navigating SaaS tools, testing scenarios, and breaking down issues logically.
- You are empathetic and customer-focused.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in English (spoken and written).
- You adapt quickly to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- You enjoy using AI tools to enhance your daily work.
- You’re based in Brno or nearby, so you can join us in our central office.
