Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a new member who is not afraid to communicate in foreign languages and will become a support for our customers from all over the world.

Reservio is a SaaS platform that provides software for beauty and wellness professionals worldwide. We save time and earn money for thousands of entrepreneurs by taking care of business management tasks such as scheduling, sales, or team management, allowing them to focus on creating the best customer experience.

Our booking system currently operates in 14 languages and in more than 130 countries around the world. Every month, customers use it to book a million different services in the areas of beauty, health, sports, and even education.

About the role

  • You will take care of customers from all over the world—you will be their point of contact for resolving queries and problems.
  • You will communicate with businesses and end customers, primarily via chat, email, and telephone.
  • You will work closely with the product/development team to report technical issues and troubleshoot them.
  • You will participate in our Customer Success program, which includes, for example, communicating with potential customers or helping new clients set up their accounts.
  • You will have project time dedicated to streamlining our processes, editing content in our Help Center, or anything else we come up with together.
  • If you speak a European language, you can also get involved in translations for marketing purposes from time to time.

About you

  • You have strong communication skills. It doesn't matter where you acquired them; what matters to us is your willingness to listen and seek the best solutions.
  • You are an empathetic and client-oriented.
  • You communicate fluently in Czech and English. And if you also speak other languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian, that's a big plus!
  • You adapt quickly to change and dynamic environments.
  • You are proficient with AI tools, which makes your daily work easier.
  • You are from Brno or the surrounding area and can meet with us at our offices in the city center.
