As we wrap up 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on a year shaped not only by product improvements but also by your trust, ideas, and everyday work. Real progress grows from conversations with you and from the realities you face when running salons, studios, clinics, gyms, and other service businesses.

Together this year, we turned commitment into real results:

Your success is at the heart of everything we build.
To support it long-term, we also strengthened our collaboration within ABUGO, a platform that brings together Reservio Shopsys, Smartsupp, and Survio. Working closely together gives us new ideas, knowledge, and direction that help us build tools you can rely on every day.
With everything we created this year, we’re stepping into 2026 with strong momentum.

A big leap forward for the Reservio Business app

2025 was a breakthrough year for our mobile experience.
The Reservio Business app went through many updates with one goal: more control wherever you work. Faster booking management, clearer payments, smoother checkouts, and a cleaner, more intuitive interface for anyone who runs their business between bookings, clients, or payments.
Today, many of you use the app as your main daily tool. In 2026, we’ll continue expanding its features, including an even smoother link to your in-person payments and POS tools.

A better payment experience

Payments were one of our key priorities this year because a modern booking flow deserves modern ways to pay
In 2025, we expanded our online payment solution within the booking website by introducing Apple Pay and Google Pay. These fast and secure checkout methods are now available across many markets, giving clients a smoother and more familiar payment experience.

Behind the scenes, something even bigger has been taking shape.
This year, we began testing hardware-powered, in-person payments with early adopters. Their feedback is helping us fine-tune the final experience.
We can’t share everything yet, but here’s what we can say:
In 2026, accepting on-site payments directly through Reservio will become easier, faster, and seamlessly connected to your booking and POS workflow.

More resources for you

Supporting your business goes beyond product updates. Alongside our Help Center, with guides, tutorials, and step-by-step instructions, and our blog with regular educational content, we expanded our resources even further this year.
This year, we officially launched our social media channels.
You can now follow us on Instagram and Facebook for product updates, practical tips, and a closer look at the Reservio community.
And we’re just getting started.
We’re gradually rolling out our YouTube channel, where you’ll soon find tutorials, walkthroughs, and more content to help you get the most out of Reservio.

Meeting you offline for the first time

One of this year’s highlights was finally stepping out from behind the screen and meeting many of you face-to-face at the For Beauty fair in Prague. Our very first offline event was truly unforgettable.
Talking with you directly, hearing how you use Reservio in everyday practice, and seeing your businesses in action gave us fresh energy and dozens of ideas to bring back home. Many of those conversations were incorporated straight into our roadmap.

Reservio × Slevomat integration

Another standout moment of 2025 was the recent launch of our integration with Slevomat in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
This collaboration gives thousands of service providers a new channel to reach new clients, turn first-time visitors into returning customers, and manage all reservations from a single platform.
It’s a partnership we are proud of and one we’ll continue strengthening.
