We recently welcomed a new member to our team to help you in your time of need. He is an AI chatbot and we have named him Reo. Reo can communicate in 12 languages, so you can contact him from the Czech Republic, Brazil, England, or France, and other countries. Send him a message via the blue bubble in the bottom right corner. 

But don't worry about losing access to help from our customer care team. If Reo doesn't know how to handle something, our customer support specialists always have his back and are ready to help and advise you even in complicated situations.
