No worries. Contact our Customer Care and we will assist you with setting up the right one.

That’s OK! Help us translate the booking page for your clients and we enable it for you. For further information please contact our Customer Care.

Do I have to have my own Web site?
Nope. You can use booking page we created for you.

Can I include Reservio into my existing website?
Yes. Your clients can book directly from your website using the link or a booking button. Visit Promote to create your own style.

Is Reservio secure/HIPAA compliant?
Yes, it’s HIPAA compliant. We adhere to the highest standards of security for protecting our clients’ data. Reservio encrypts all the communication with 256-bit encryption. Data is regularly backed up to prevent data loss.

Can I change the name of my business?
Yes, you can. Go to section Business → Business Details.

Can I change my notification email?
Yes, write to our Customer Care and we will gladly help you.

Can I change my booking page link?
Yes, just write to Customer Care and we will gladly help you.

Can I manage different booking hours of my staff?
Sure. You can set up custom booking hours for each staff and each day. Go to section Business, then edit Staff and check Set custom booking hours.

If you are not satisfied with our premium services we guarantee 14 days money back after purchase.

What happens when I reach booking limit?
You won’t be able to make more appointments. However you can still accept appointments from clients. Upgrade to higher plan to increase the booking limit.

How is the booking limit counted?
The booking limit is the number of appointments you have made in last 30 days.

Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, you can. And you pay only the difference of plans.

Do I get any invoice for the payment?
Of course! Your invoice is automatically sent to your mailbox. Moreover, you can download it in Reservio. Go to Business → Premium Services.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We support the payments via PayPal, payment card or wire transfer.

What is the price of SMS notifications?
We offer advantageous text packages - Pay as you go. The prices may differ from country to country.
